Stuart and DeAnn Turley
Co-Lead Pastors
Meet Co-Pastors Stuart and DeAnn Turley! This husband and wife duo served at Victory Hills in associate roles for 21 years before being called to be the Lead Pastors in August of 2024. They have 3 amazing children who are all serving the Lord in their own unique ways.
Pastor Stuart is actually a third generation member of Victory Hills, and began ministry here as the Worship Pastor in 2003, while also teaching elementary music in public school for 19 years. He currently holds a District Minister’s License and is taking classes toward Ordination.
Pastor DeAnn served alongside Stuart on the worship team and in other areas as a lay-member until 2013 when she became the Administrative Assistant in the church office. In the Spring of 2014 she answered the call to move into vocational ministry and was Ordained in 2021.
They are excited to remain where they have been planted for so long during this new season of life and revitalization of Victory Hills and its surrounding communities. It is their desire to see the church be the Body of Christ-, baptized in the Spirit, and sent out to serve in the community and around the world in a way that reflects the love and power of Jesus for the purpose of making Christ-like disciples in the nations to the glory of God.
